In Massachusetts, we plan to focus on equity, inclusivity, and education, making sure that everyone has equal opportunity in speech and debate so neither economic conditions nor zipcodes are reasons why you cannot compete. We want to ensure our organization is democratic and open, fostering strong community within ourselves and in the MSDL. We want to ensure a higher standard of adjudication for lay judges and create resources for local tournaments.
