Kia ora everyone! I’m Chris, and I’m thrilled to be a part of Outreach Debate and its incredible global community. A little about my debate experience: I have had the privilege of captaining my school team since 2020, including to an undefeated season victory this year. In addition, I was selected to represent New Zealand at the World Schools Debating Championships in Vietnam, where I finished as the 22nd best speaker overall. At WSDC, I discovered the extent that debate has to offer around the world, and I hope to bring that back to New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region!
